Granger Announces “Green” Partnership

Granger, Lansing, Mich., has announced a partnership with the Lansing Board of Water & Light to provide the area with renewable energy from landfill gases. Granger’s Wood Road Generating Station will produce electricity by using landfill gas to fuel engine generators, which will then be distributed throughout the utility grid.
