PermaFix Sells its Industrial Segment to EQ

PermaFix Environmental Services, Atlanta, has announced the sale of its industrial segment to the Environmental Quality Company (EQ), Wayne, Mich. EQ has agreed to purchase five of PermaFix’s six industrial facilities for $9 million and has an option to buy the sixth for an additional $2 million.
