About 200 folks buried in a Jerusalem cemetery unfortunately have not been able to rest in peace. Police recently discovered mounds of trash while investigating a tip about two pistols found in one of the graves. According to workers at the Givat Shaul cemetery, they were instructed by contractor Ezra Aslan, who is in charge of the site's sanitation services, to stash garbage in the graves to avoid paying transport expenses. One of the site's workers led police to graves where he had personally buried trash. Police did not open the graves but saw portions of trash poking up from the ground where a few headstones had not been repositioned properly. They say you can't take it all with you — and apparently neither can the sanitation workers.
