Stellar Industries Acquires K-PAC

Garner, Iowa-based Stellar Industries has reached an agreement to acquire K-PAC Equipment, a solid waste handling equipment manufacturer. K-PAC is a division of the Krause Corp.

“Stellar has worked in the waste and scrap market since its inception,” says David Zrostlik, president of Stellar Industries, in a press release. “However, marrying the K-PAC product offerings with our current lines will allow us to develop and grow these markets even further. Acquiring K-PAC presents positives all around. It expands our product offerings, our market opportunities, our employment opportunities and our overall market presence.”

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
