City of Rensselaer Calls on State to Close Dunn Landfill

Rensselaer, NY's mayor is calling on state officials to make progress regarding Dunn Landfill.
The city is calling it a "nuisance landfill," and wants it shut down. It introduced a resolution two years ago requested that action be taken. Dunn Landfill's operating permit expired summer of 2022.
