A birdwatcher in Lebanon, Pa. almost missed spotting what she discovered was a rare bird.

Rita Stima was driving past the county landfill when she saw what she later found out was a Icelandic gull, a bird more commonly found in Europe and Asia.

This has caused birdwatching enthusiasts to visit the area in search of the rare ornithological creature.
