Recycle Landfill Management to Repair Buckhead Mesa Landfill Leachate Pond

One of three leachate runoff ponds at the Buckhead Mesa Landfill in Payson, Ariz. must be repaired.

Two leaks were discovered at the pond, triggering an informal bidding process that led to a proposed price of $8.85 per linear foot. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough for a formal bidding process will occur on January 20.

Once the contract is secured, the bidder will have four weeks to complete the project.
