Established in 2021 by Charles Lomangino, Southwest has grown to become a leading independent waste-hauling and recycling company on Florida’s west coast.  Southwest provides collection, processing, recycling, transfer transportation and disposal services for construction and demolition (C&D) volumes on the Southwest coast of Florida. Southwest has an experienced management team who have been in the waste services industry for over 20 years.
