Erie Area Municipalities, Residents Scramble to Arrange Garbage, Recycling Pickup

After a local trash and recycling hauler in the Erie, Pa. area is believed to be going out of business, the community is stammering to find a new provider.

Due to this abrupt change, Union City Borough will be without a provider until further notice, and Albion Borough will be adopted under a new provider. Beyond that, residents of the area who were previously in charge of arranging their own trash pickups are left to find their own trash solutions.
