Sacramento Honors its Youngest Garbage Collector

The six-year-old boy with cystic fibrosis got to live out his dream.

Six-year-old Ethan Dean of Rancho Cordova, Calif., got to become a garbage collector for a day thanks to Make-a-Wish Foundation and waste and recycling company Waste Management. Ethan, who has cystic fibrosis, made five stops around Sacramento in his own personalized garbage truck as local residents cheered him on.
