Man Arrested for Threatening Phoenix Waste Management Facility

Jarrell Stephens has been arrested for creating a hoax, issuing threats, computer tampering and harassment.

Jarrell Stephens, a 32-year-old Phoenix resident, has been arrested for allegedly threatening a Phoenix Waste Management facility on multiple occasions.

Last week, Stephens posted a threat online that reportedly targeted Waste Management employees. And on the same day that the threat was posted online, officers received a 911 call reporting shots fired at the facility. The police responded to the report, but weren’t able to locate any damage or witnesses who heard the shots.

ABC15 Arizona has more information:

A 32-year-old man is in custody for allegedly threatening a Phoenix Waste Management facility on multiple occasions.

Phoenix police say they arrested Jarrell Stephens last week for posting a threat online that reportedly targeted employees at the business.

On the same day the threat was posted online, officers received a 911 call for a report of shots fired at the facility but police were not able to locate any damage or witnesses who heard the shots.
