GGH Wyoming LLC will open a waste management facility in Bill, Wyo., for the oil and gas exploration and production (E&P) industry.

The facility, called Grasslands Environmental, will include a pull-through commercial oilfield wastewater disposal facility, an industrial landfill, a non-potable water supply well and two Class I injection wells, according to a news release.

GGH Wyoming is a subsidiary of Canton, Ga.-based Green Group Holdings LLC.

The facility will offer the disposal of contaminated soil and industrial wastes, and produced and flowback water.

The operation began fresh water sales in August, and will accept wastewater starting in late October.
