Glass recycling in Frederick County, Virginia will resume after more than five years.
The lack of a local market to accept recyclable materials led county officials to suspend the program in 2016.
An option was proposed to haul the county's trash to Fairfax, which has collected nearly 4 million pounds of glasses from its own residents in Northern Virginia.
