On Wednesday, a 24-year-old employee at Greenstar Recycling in Akron, Ohio, died after getting trapped in a baler. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Greenstar are currently investigating the incident, which could take several months to complete.

An employee at an Akron recycling facility died Wednesday after he became trapped in a baler, the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office said.

The 24-year-old employee became trapped just after 4:30 a.m. at the Greenstar Recycling on Exeter Road near East Waterloo Road, the medical examiner's office said in a statement.

The man suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
