Iowa County Installs Drop-off Box Intended for Household Batteries

The Waste Commission of Scott County in Iowa has shared information on new ways residents can recycle batteries in the area.

The post, on the Waste Commission’s Facebook page, details that the County is trying out a battery recycling drop box which can be found outside the Carey Avenue location. This drop-off box is intended for household batteries from power tools, electronics, and musical greeting cards.
