In St. Paul, Minn., a large garbage heap at 10th Street and Wacouta Street has caused a stir amongst residents, who recently cleaned up the pile and dropped off the garbage bags of collected waste outside City Hall.
According to residents, the large garbage heap sat at the corner of the two streets for months, collecting items like discarded clothes, a ripped tarp, a broken sofa recliner and other waste from homeless residents who were forced to move out of the area.

Fed-up citizens took matters into their own hands Sunday after months of waiting for officials to act. The group documented on social media how they cleared the trash and stuffed it into garbage bags in just a few hours.
