The city of Baltimore is informing its residents that delays in trash pickup might occur as it works to upgrade its waste-to-energy incincerator - The Wheelabrator.
Department of Public Works also said that residential drop-off centers and longer lines at the Quarantine Road Landfill, and the Northwest Transfer Station might be the case.
More than $40 million improvements are being implemented into The Wheelbrator to lessen emissions.
