Casella Reports Fourth-Quarter and Yearend Results

Rutland, Vt. -- Casella Waste Systems Inc. has reported revenues of $94.5 million and operating income of $250,000 for the fourth quarter ended April 30. The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were $17.1 million. The fourth quarter results include a one-time impairment charge that resulted from the sale of the company’s Passaic, N.J., brokerage and commercial recycling businesses.
