Alexandria, Va. -- Mark. D. Weber has been elected to a three-year term on the Environmental Research and Education Foundation (EREF) board of directors. Weber was appointed president of the environmental products group of Federal Signal Corp., Elgin, Ill., in April 2003. Prior to joining Federal Signal, Weber worked for 17 years in a variety of positions for Cummins Engine Co., Columbus, Ind.
