NEC Launches PC Buyback Program in Japan

Tokyo -- Japan’s NEC Corp. has begun buying back NEC computers, refurbishing them, and reselling them. Sources report this is the first buyback service by a personal computer manufacturer that does not require the consumer to purchase new computers.
