Stericycle Reports Second Quarter Financial Results

Lake Forest, Ill. -- Stericycle Inc. reported revenues of $113.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2003. That figure is up 14 percent from last year’s revenue of $99.3 million. Net income for the period rose 34.7 percent to $15.5 million, up from $11.5 million in the second quarter of 2002. For the six months ended June 30, 2003 revenues increased 14.8 percent to $225.4 million, and earnings per diluted share were 34 cents, up from 26 cents in the same period of 2002.
