Waste Connections Secures Acquisitions, Announces Revenue Gain

Folsom, Calif. -- Waste Connections Inc. has completed two acquisitions in California, including a residential collection and recycling franchise operation in San Jose and another franchise operation in Red Bluff. The company says the combined annual revenue is approximately $29 million. Waste Connections also has completed six other acquisitions in Q3, which bring in a combined total of approximately $12 million per year. These acquisitions include two collection and landfill operating companies in Mississippi and a series of tuck-in acquisitions in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
