The National Waste & Recycling Association (NWRA) is proud to be a Great Place to Work Certified company for the second consecutive year. NWRA staff recently completed the Trust Index Survey from the Great Place to Work. This certification is based on employee feedback and validates the employee experience at NWRA.
“I am proud of our talented and enthusiastic staff at the National Waste & Recycling Association. We have once again been certified as a Great Place to Work. This year, 100% of our staff voted in the affirmative that we love our jobs, our leaders, our members, and our mission,” said NWRA President and CEO Darrell Smith.
“Great Place to Work Certification isn’t something that comes easily—it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of global recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that NWRA is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
