Goodwill Teams with Green Bay Packers to Recycle E-waste

Goodwill of Southeastern Wisconsin announced it has partnered with the Green Bay Packers to recycle all the team’s electronic waste.

The new partnership will make Goodwill E-cycle, the organization’s electronic recycling business, the recycler of the NFL team’s computers, tablets and other electronic waste. According to the company, Goodwill E-cycle is R2:2013, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified for its e-cycle business.

Goodwill and the Green Bay Packers have worked together for more than 15 years now.

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin announced a new partnership Wednesday with the Green Bay Packers that will make Goodwill E-cycle, the company’s electronic recycling business, the recycler of all of the team’s computers, tablets and other electronic waste.

“Goodwill has worked with the Packers for more than 15 years, and it’s a long-standing relationship that we’re really proud of,” Craig Benzel, vice president of sales and business development for the Packers, said in a press release. “Having Goodwill as our electronics recycling partner was a natural fit given their reputation in the market place, their long history of operations that are environmentally friendly, and our trust in the work they do.”

Goodwill E-Cycle works with large corporations in the southeastern Wisconsin area to provide environmentally conscious ways of recycling their used electronics.
