  • American LaFrance has announced the opening of its Parts Distribution Center, which is intended to speed delivery of cab and chassis parts for the Condor product line to its national network of dealers. Until now, Condor cab and chassis parts have come through the Freightliner system.

  • Jackson, Miss.-based Intechra Holding Corp., which disposes of firms' technology assets, has acquired Arizona-based Gold Circuit.

  • Folsom, Calif.-based Waste Connections has announced that it will acquire several Waste Management operations in the southeastern United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

  • Burlington, Ontario, Canada-based Waste Services has reached an agreement to acquire a construction and demolition landfill in Charlotte County, Fla., from Southwest Land Developers Inc. The firm also has agreed to purchase Pro Disposal Inc.
