Hawaii’s Aloha Stadium to Begin New Recycling Program for Non-Profits

Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, HI, will be rolling out a new recycling program, which will allow non-profit organizations that have received tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code to raise money from recyclables collected during stadium events.
In the past, the stadium has helped raise hundreds of dollars for the Hawaii Girl Scouts, and this program will help Aloha give back to even more organizations. Aloha also offers year-round fundraising opportunities through weekly car washes held at the Swap Meet and Marketplace.

Starting this fall, Aloha Stadium will be launching a new recycling program that will give non-profit organizations the opportunity to raise funds.
The program is anticipated to begin the middle of August and run through December.
It’s designed to help non-profit organizations that have received tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code raise money through the collection of recyclables during all stadium events. Bottles, cans and plastics are collected throughout the interior and all parking lot locations.
