Trash caused an argument for a Florida man, and it later ended the fight too — when the trash bag hit the man's wife in the stomach. In October, attorney Dale Loring Bernstein of New Port Richey, Fla., was fighting with his wife because she did not take out the couple's trash the night before. Mr. Bernstein became upset and hurled the bag at his wife. Although the incident did not cause his wife injury, Bernstein was charged with domestic battery.

Sometimes weapons can be found in the trash, but you hardly expect it to be used AS a weapon.
