Quebec, Canada-based Labrie has restructured following its acquisition of certain Leach Company assets from Federal Signal Corp. The Labrie, Leach, Wittke, Juggler and Industrial Lifters brands now comprise the Labrie Environmental Group, which will manufacture rear-loaders under the Leach name and front-loaders under the Wittke name.

The company also has created a U.S.-based, dedicated parts hub, soon to begin operation.

FBD Partners LLC has completed the acquisition of West Chester, Pa.-based Rusmar Inc. Fred Rullo will serve as chairman, Brian McNamara as president and CEO, and Dennis Monahan as CFO.

Milwaukee-based Veolia Environmental Services North America has begun operating a landfill gas project as its landfill in Moody, Ala. Gas from the Veolia Star Ridge Landfill will provide energy to power the kilns at Jenkins Brick Company.
