Kauai County Employee Killled in Kekaha Landfill Accident

The Kauai County employee killed while working at the Kekaha landfill Sunday has been named.
Gary Soto, 56, was operating a road grader about 8:55 a.m. when he died in what has been described as an industrial accident. No further details about the incident have been released.
On Monday, Mayor Bernard Carvalho, Jr. issued a statement of condolence.
