Advanced Disposal Services Inc. has bought waste and recycling hauler Arrow Disposal LLC for an undisclosed amount.

The purchase was the Ponte Vedra, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal’s second hauler acquisition in Wisconsin in a period of a week, the company said in a news release. Earlier Advanced Disposal bought Sheboygan Waste Materials Co.

The latest, tuck-in acquisition includes Arrow’s building and 3.6 acres of land in Port Washington, Wis.; customer contracts; equipment and vehicles. The equipment and vehicle assets will move to Advanced Disposal’s Horicon, Wis., hauling operations. Material to be disposed will go to Advanced Disposal’s Glacier Ridge Landfill in Horicon.

“Advanced Disposal is set for growth within the Midwest region, and the addition of the Arrow Disposal assets helps create efficiencies and density in an important market for the company,” said Jay Rooney, Advanced Disposal regional vice president.
