Advanced Disposal Buys Weaver’s Sanitation Assets in Pennsylvania

Advanced Disposal has acquired certain assets of Weaver’s Sanitation Services Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The Ponte Vedra, Fla.-based Advanced Disposal said it purchased certain assets of the Breezewood, Pa.-based Weaver that includes residential and commercial customers in Somerset County, Pa., and containers, according to a news release.
“This acquisition complements our existing base of business in the greater Somerset market,” said Dave Lavender, Advanced Disposal regional vice president.
Advanced Disposal will serve the newly added customers from its Somerset hauling location, the company said.
