Arwood Waste Inc. has acquired AllGreen Services LLC accounts for an undisclosed amount.

AllGreen, based in Valdosta, Ga., provides residential collection service and roll-off container rentals, and handles municipal solid waste (MSW), recycling and construction and demolition (C&D) materials, said John Arwood, CEO of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Arwood Waste, in an e-mail response. The purchase includes collection services in the Georgia counties of Ware, Chatham, Glynn and Camden.

The acquisition allows Arwood Waste to fill the gap between its customers in Florida and Brunswick, Ga. Arwood Waste is the only waste company that competes with Phoenix-based Republic Services Inc. in several Georgia counties, according to the company.

Arwood Waste is the only American Indian-owned waste company in the United States, the company said.
