Capital Waste Acquires Dumpster Depot

COLUMBIA, SC — Capital Waste Services, LLC (“Capital Waste” or “CWS”) announced the acquisition of Dumpster Depot, LLC (“Dumpster Depot”). Headquartered in Aiken, SC, Dumpster Depot is a provider of residential, commercial and roll-off waste collection services.

“Capital Waste is excited to expand its hauling presence in both Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA. The addition of Dumpster Depot’s hauling operations further expands CWS network in the region and will allow the platform to consolidate facilities and upgrade its service capabilities in the market.” said Matt Parker, Chief Executive Officer of CWS. “CWS is eager to integrate another quality asset into its services footprint and will continue to be aggressive in its efforts to acquire unique solid waste assets throughout the Southeast.”
