GDB International Inc. Acquires New Jersey Industrial Building for $14 Million

GDB International Inc., a New Jersey-based recycling company located in New Brunswick, has acquired an industrial property in Branchburg for $13.97 million.

The 900,000-square-foot building was previously sold to SKM 68 LLC in 2021 by Zimmel Associates and was tapped to help lease the building. GDB, however, expressed interest in purchasing the location soon after its marketing. GDB and Zimmel agreed to a lease with an option to buy, and after three years, the sale of GDB was finalized on July 1.

“We marketed the building for lease, but GDB International Inc. was determined to acquire it,” he commented. “We are delighted with the outcome and pleased to have facilitated a deal that benefited all parties involved.”
