Pure Earth Inc., Trevose, Pa., announced an agreement to acquire three recycling companies in Vineland, N.J.

According to a Pure Earth press release, Cassie Oil Ecology and Salvage Inc. and Mid Atlantic Refining Technology both hold treatment and recycling permits that would provide Pure Earth a cornerstone for its plan to service the Northeastern United States. The two companies, which last year estimated a combined revenue of more than $22 million, have over 300 customers in 10 states.

The third company, Rezultz Inc., owns all 32 acres of Vineland’s industrial park where the companies are located and an array of recycling equipment that Pure Earth plans to use.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed
