Provincial Recycling Program Stalled by Ministry of Environment

Multi Material Stewardship Western (MMSW) posted an announcement to their website on December 18th, announcing that the launch of the MMSW Waste Packaging and Paper Program has been postponed.
MMSW advised, via website, that the Saskatchewan Government had made numerous changes without advance notice or consultation.
The Minister of Environment made several exemptions for businesses to the previous waste paper packaging and printed paper plan.
