Allied Waste reports fourth quarter 2005 earnings

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Allied Waste has released its fourth-quarter earnings, reporting a net income of $51.9 million for fourth quarter (4Q) 2005. According to a press release, the company earned a net income of $12 million for 4Q 2004. For 2005, the company received a net income of $151.8 million from $5.73 billion in total revenue. In 2004, the company earned $27.7 million from $5.51 billion in total revenue.
