EPA Looks at Impact of Hazardous Waste Rule on Poor Communities

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking input on a draft plan “for assessing the potential impacts of its hazardous waste recycling rule on low-income, minority and tribal populations.” In October 2008, the agency modified the regulations for recycled hazardous materials.
