Waste Connections Executive Options 25,000 Shares

According to a Form 4 filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, an executive for Waste Connections, Folsom, Calif., exercised options for 25,000 shares of common stock.

The Associated Press reported that Robert Evans, executive vice president and general counsel for the company, exercised options for the shares at $14.23 apiece and sold them the same day for $32.47 apiece.
