Houston-based WCA Waste Corp. posted a net loss of $250,000 on $49.5 million in revenue during the third quarter of 2009. For the same period in 2008, the firm reported a net loss of $305,000 on $52.8 million in revenue.

For the first nine months of 2009, WCA Waste posted a net loss of $969,000 on $147.9 million in revenue. For the same period in 2008, the firm reported a net loss of $1.8 million on $154.4 million in revenue.
