Vineland, N.J. Single-Stream Recycling Leads to Cost Savings

Changes in the city's recycling methods has led to approximately $75,000 in savings since the program moved to a single-stream service, according to officials.

These savings are due to a 16 percent increase in residents recycling their plastic, glass and paper materials.
