CASE Construction Equipment Celebrates 60th Anniversary of Wheel Loader Production

CASE Construction Equipment is kicking off 2018 by celebrating 60 years of wheel loader manufacturing. The company first introduced the four-wheel drive W9 wheel loader in 1958, and it has evolved all the way to the most recent G series loaders, with many different models along the way.

To kick off the anniversary festivities, CASE will be giving away commemorative t-shirts from its booth at World of Concrete 2018. The first 500 people to visit the booth will receive a t-shirt. CASE will continue its celebration with a variety of promotions and activities throughout 2018.

"The wheel loader is an iconic piece of the CASE lineup dating back to 1958, bridging the construction and agricultural industries that CASE has most proudly served for generations," said Scott Harris, vice president - North America for CASE Construction Equipment, in a statement. "These machines have come a long way since the original rigid-frame models built in our Racine tractor plant, and more than ever reflect the practical innovation CASE builds into its equipment to maximize performance and dependability."

CASE Construction Equipment is a division of CNH Industrial N.V. and produces a variety of construction equipment across the globe, including backhoe loaders, excavators, compact track loaders and rough-terrain forklifts.
