Clean Harbors to Carve Out Oil and Gas Field Services Business into Separate Entity

Clean Harbors Inc. said Tuesday it is carving out its oil and gas field services business into a standalone public entity, following a strategic review. The provider of environmental, energy and industrial services said it will include its lodging drill camps business in the new entity, but retain most of the rest of that business.
