Is Wichita Falls Trying to Start Its Own Roll-Off Dumpster Business?

The city of Wichita Falls, Texas has been increasing enforcement of a city ordinance aimed at illegal placement of roll-off dumpsters.

Waste companies are dismayed about the issue, alleging that the city is "starting its own roll-off business." Wichita Falls has not enforced the law for more than 20 years.
