Recycler Buys Former Pelton Casteel Property on Chase for Milwaukee Expansion

Illinois recycling firm Cimco Resources Inc. plans to move and expand its Milwaukee operations after buying a large construction yard and warehouse on South Chase Avenue that used to be part of the Pelton Casteel Inc. factory.

Cimco Resources, based in Loves Park, Ill., currently buys and recycles scrap metal, plastic and paper in a Milwaukee facility near Miller Park, said chief financial officer Scott Esgar. It recently bought the 8.2-acre industrial property at 2929 S. Chase Ave. that will almost triple its space, allowing for an expansion and new hires, he said.
