Residents Upset Over Recycling Plant in North Phoenix

Residents at a north Phoenix RV park are upset with their neighbor, a recycling plant that moved in last year.
They claim the plant causes a huge stink, and the noxious odors are making people feel sick.
Now they want the city to deny the permit for the company to operate in their neighborhood and they've taken to protesting at city hall.
