Waste Harmonics Welcomes New Relationship Manager

ROCHESTER, N.Y. Waste Harmonics, a Rochester-based managed services provider in the waste industry, is proud to announce that Joe Hickman has joined the team as a relationship manager.

In his new role, Hickman will manage relationship building and retention, and explore and enhance efficiencies within Waste Harmonics. His focus is nurturing existing Waste Harmonics relationships and grow the service footprint with customers to ensure continued satisfaction.

Hickman was previously employed at Modern Disposal Services for over 41 years, where he built his experience in collection operations, sales and sales management, solid waste and recycling disposal and processing.

“We’re excited to welcome Joe to our team,” Waste Harmonics CEO and founder Mike Hess said. “We’re confident that his extensive knowledge and expertise specifically in relationship management will be a great asset to Waste Harmonics and our customers.”

He is from Tonawanda, New York, and resides in Pendleton, New York.
