Waste and recycling baler and compactor maker Bace Inc. is moving to a new headquarters in Charlotte that also will include manufacturing space.

Bace, currently based in Charlotte, said it has purchased property for its new headquarters, which also will include 90,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity.

The new headquarters will be completed by next March and be located at 322 W. 32nd St., according to a news release.

"At a time of continuing economic uncertainty and caution, our abiding commitment to customer service and satisfaction – combined with new products and patent-pending technology – is helping us grow in size, scope and reputation,” said Matt Hatfield, president of BACE. “We're grateful to our expanding customer base and our partnerships. We look forward to providing even greater service and responsiveness from our new facility."
