Pine Belt Receives $160,000 Grant to Dispose of Tires

The Pine Belt Regional Solid Waste Management Authority received a $160,783 grant to collect and dispose of waste tires from local, small-quantity generators.
The grant affects those who fall within the program’s parameters in Covington, Jones and Perry counties, as well as Hattiesburg, Petal and Laurel.
