Waste Eliminator's New Metro Atlanta MRF Begins Operations
Waste Eliminator has opened its new, updated facility in Peachtree Corners, Ga. The new building increases capacity and creates efficiencies for the waste provider.
Waste Eliminator has announced that its new Metro Atlanta materials recovery facility (MRF) is up and running.
The updated MRF, located in Peachtree Corners, Ga., replaces the company's older facility, increasing waste diversion efforts and growing throughout capacity by 25 percent.
Kacy Cronan, CEO of Waste Eliminator, lauded the company's progress towards a circular economic model, as well as its partnerships with corporate clients.
“This new facility embodies the long-term vision of Waste Eliminator and will be a cornerstone for Atlanta’s sustainable vision ahead," Cronan said in a statement.
Cronin added that Waste Eliminator expects the new MRF to divert more than 70 percent of processed waste from landfills.
Allied Industrial Partners provided the capital investment needed to complete the project.
Bradford Rossi and Philip Wright, Allied co-founders and managing partners, referred to the new facility as a "game-changing investment" for the Atlanta area.
“This investment only showcases the beginning for Waste Eliminator and its plans to grow its sustainable footprint across the Southeast," they stated.
